VIVA Teacher leaders meet with Ed Secretary Duncan
New Voice Strategies launched VIVA Teachers ,a new innovation in teacher voice , in September 2010, with the VIVA Idea Exchange for U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan. Over the next two years, we’ve operated nine VIVA Teacher policy collaborations for ordinary classroom teachers empowering thousands of classroom teachers to apply their real-life experiences to real life school problems. We harness the power of networks and mass collaboration to unleash the wisdom of people with experience and bring their solutions to bear on broader policies in our society.
